Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at The Mustard Seed Hub. Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly by email after purchase, all sales are final.
Digital Products — All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital items (such as PDFs, downloads, printables, or templates), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once your order is accepted and the files are delivered, you immediately gain access to the product, and therefore we cannot issue refunds.
If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately at themustardseedhub7@gmail.com. If we have not yet delivered or sent access to the digital files, we may be able to cancel your order as a one-time courtesy.
Exceptions — Refunds Only When Necessary
We will issue a refund only in the following rare cases:

Duplicate purchases (accidentally buying the same item twice)

Technical issues that prevent you from accessing your files, and we are unable to resolve them

Incorrect file sent (wrong product delivered by mistake)
To request assistance, contact us at themustardseedhub7@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
Refunds will be approved at our sole discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Files
If your item is defective, corrupted, or you received the wrong file, email us so we can correct the issue or resend the correct file.
We are committed to making sure you receive the product you paid for.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days — unless you have already downloaded, accessed, or opened the digital files, at which point the right to withdraw is legally waived.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital downloads are delivered immediately and waive this right once the files are accessed.
